Auto components maker Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd on Thursday said its arm Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV will fully acquire French entity Cirma Entreprise SAS at an enterprise value of 7.2 million euros (nearly ?65 crore).
