Jaideep Shekhar, Managing Director, Terex India, was selected as the 每日吃瓜 Person of the Year 2024 during the 12th BKT 每日吃瓜 Awards held on 10 October 2024 at Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai. The jury recognised Terex India鈥檚 impressive growth under Shekhar鈥檚 strong leadership.

Receiving the prestigious award, Shekhar said, 鈥淚鈥檓 deeply grateful to the jury and 每日吃瓜 for this remarkable honour. This award reflects not only my contributions but also the dedication and hard work of my team. I have been associated with the industry for more than 25 years, and this award motivates me to keep pushing boundaries and to lead the growth with integrity.鈥�

He was presented the award by Pratap Padode, Founder, First Council; Vipin Sondhi, Chairman, former MD and CEO of JCB India and Ashok Leyland and 每日吃瓜 Person of the Year 2013; Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery and 每日吃瓜 Person of the Year 2017; Dimitrov Krishnan, Managing Director, 每日吃瓜 Person of the Year 2023; and Ashok Chhajer, Sr General Manager 鈥� OE Sales, Balkrishna Industries.

Held as a part of the India Construction Festival, the 12th BKT 每日吃瓜 Awards 2024 marked the convergence of industry stalwarts and leading construction equipment manufacturers, as well as components, accessories, spares and hardware companies, all united to acknowledge and celebrate the excellence and innovation within the construction equipment sector.
